The Thirsty Goose is a bar and pub. It was created to be a comfortable gathering place for the people of Port Hope and its visitors. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable and friendly.
The menu has homemade classic pub food along with some inspired and innovative dishes. The offerings are pretty simple, yet aimed to please a varied crowd.The old oak bar proudly has 24 DRAFT BEER taps, offering a variety of fresh rotating beer styles from local brewers to premium imported brands. Wine, cocktails and a comprehensive offering of whiskies are also available.
The space was designed to preserve the aesthetics of the 1863 Heritage Building while also showcasing some of the local historical photographs.
