The Stratford Masonic Concert Hall has long been a premiere venue for the performing arts. Since its inception in may 1930, our historic hall was designed for shows of all kinds, from the swing bands of the 1930’s straight through the big band era and early rock-and-roll, folk and folk rock of the 1960’s and 70’s, punk & rockabilly of the 1980’s and 90’s to the current varied musical styles of today.

The hall prides itself on its incredible acoustics. Extensive improvements have been completed as of 2014. There is also an excellent in-house lighting system and a follow spot for performances. Most importantly, we have one of the best professional sound systems in Ontario.

The Stratford Masonic Concert Hall has fully licensed bar services. Its spacious 2300 sq. Ft. Floor area can hold a maximum of 160 persons, and is fully wheelchair accessible.

FOR EVENT PRODUCERS
Assistance with promoting your event and ticket sales are an integral part of the services we offer. If you have a special event, an arrangement for the entertainment of your choice can also be made.

Our raised stage has a 21 foot wide proscenium arch with wings, as well as a stage extension 24 feet wide by 8 feet deep. There are backstage entrance staircases at right.

The hall floor measures 41 ft. X 56 ft. (Approx. 12.6m x 17.25m), is flat and is made of fine hard maple. It is a “sprung” floor, specifically designed for comfort when dancing to the current music trends or doing an old fashioned two step. The hall is fully equipped with chairs and tables which can be configured for various types of events.
