The Gasworks is a non-profit facility that has a number of tenants offering activities and programs for visual and performance arts.
The Hamilton Music Collective (HMC) is a charitable organization that was founded in 2008 by a local group of musicians, educators and community supporters, who are passionate about music and believe in its transformative power to enrich lives and empower students. HMC’s mission is to invigorate the music scene in Hamilton through professional live performances, education, events, workshops and exhibits.
The original theatre has been expanded and updated. It includes a new ceiling, floor, and light fixtures. Also installed is a state of the art sound and lighting system to create memorable live productions.
The room has a range of capacities depending on the seating arrangement:
190 Standing; 180 Seated; 88 when seated at round tables.
