We are an historic inn, having served friends and families; travellers and locals, since opening in 1865. We pre-date Canada by two years. Since Opening day, the Dominion Hotel has been the centre of the community offering food, drink, entertainment and accommodation to all who enter. A recent total building overhaul modernised facilities and spaces.
We are small – only 6 suites – but do our best to make guests feel at home and comfortable. Book a Room. Our convenient location – right in the centre of town and on the beautiful Gull River, ample off-street parking, two restaurants and pub and cozy people spaces make us a logical stop for travelers wanting the “Minden Experience”.
